CellzDirect has the largest supply of both human and animal fresh hepatocytes in the industry. Each of the standard animal species are available at least once a month and fresh human cells are regularly available. Through our technical support team (productsupport@cellzdirect.com) you will have access to CellzDirect's extensive experience with fresh hepatocytes to help you optimize your hepatocyte experience.

Human, Non-human primate (Cynomolgus, Rhesus), Dog (Beagle), Rat (Fischer, Sprague-Dawley, Wistar), and Mouse (CD-1).

Formats
CellzDirect’s fresh haptocytes are delivered in suspension or in multi-well plates. Standard plates are available with a collagen type I substratum, with or without Matrigel® overlay. Special matrix configurations are available upon request. Options include gelled collagen and Matrigel® substrata and a gelled collagen overlay. Please contact us for pricing on additional species, strains, special matrix configurations and alternative seeding densities.
Availability
Animal: Our standard isolations are those scheduled in advance and published on our standard animal hepatocyte isolation calendar. Standard isolations are from male animals unless otherwise requested. Upon request special isolations can be scheduled in addition to a regularly scheduled isolation.
Human: The supply of fresh human hepatocytes is dependant upon availability of human liver tissue. Register in our RapidAlertSM system for immediate notification when fresh human hepatocytes become available. Custom Isolations and Special Orders
Custom isolations are available for delivery of a standard species on an unscheduled day. The following species are available by special order only: Marmoset, mini-pig (Gottigen, Sinclair, Yucatan), pig (Yorkshire), guinea pig, and mouse (Balb/c, C57B6).
