CellzDirect closes $1.4m Equity Round to Fund Strategic Growth

CellzDirect, Inc. raises $1.4m with the close of a Series C-1 Preferred private placement. Led by Solstice Capital, previous investors Valley Ventures, Grayhawk Ventures, Village Ventures, and CEDRA Corporation & Affiliates participated in the round. The Company plans to use the funds to expand strategically into new markets as well as to introduce new cell based products and vitro drug metabolism services offerings to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
